Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word: An Observation of Aries

Aries is the zodiac sign that kicks off not only the spring season but also the entire zodiac wheel. Astrologers believe that each sign learns the lessons absorbed by its preceding signs, both joyful and painful. In the case of Aries, however, there is no inherited wisdom, sorry Taurus. Aries lead with blind optimism, barreling through life with a zest that sometimes leaves innocent victims. It's possible than an Aries inspired the term Y.O.L.O. They find themselves unintentionally in leadership positions. However, they often get frustrated by exhaustive details and unnecessary nuances.
Like their fellow fire signs, Leo and Sagittarius, Aries tend to be passionate, motivated and determined. Uncomplicated and direct in their approach, they often get annoyed by people that lie or beat around the bush. Bold and curious, Aries dive headfirst into even the most challenging situations (which is appropriate, since the body part associated with them is the head). They love to be number one. It’s no surprise these adventurous lovers are the first sign of the zodiac.
I am going to be honest; Aries tend to think after they leap, which often results in lessons learned the hard way. Rams, as they are also called, adhere to a “lead by example” philosophy. While this self-determination can be inspiring, Aries need to watch out for selfish tendencies. This sign is ruled by Mars, the dynamic red planet named after the Roman god of war. Accordingly, these courageous rams are always armed and ready for battle. They are known for their tempers. It’s best to avoid this fiery sign until they calm down.
The worst characteristic about an Aries is they are impatient and moody. Many are aggressive and sensitive which is not a good combination under stress. By acting without thinking, they are sometimes bad at facing the truth. On the other hand, when rams are not flying off the handle, they’re upbeat, positive, flirtatious and playful. You can always be sure to spot an Aries excelling in high energy activities from speeding down the highway to organizing a party.
If you want to know why I have an extensive interest in Aries, I am one. However, I am a March Aries and I must admit, there is a bit of a difference between April and March Aries. Both can be awesome human beings but their approach to life is different. March Aries are more impulsive, hardheaded and impatient than April Aries. April Aries tend to be more inclusive while March Aries tend to be more exclusive. I guess it makes sense that the whole world went into quarantine as the March Aries season approached.
Many March Aries tend to be creatives that have left their mark on pop culture. Did you know that Diana Ross, Mariah Carey, Lady Gaga, Diggy Simmons, Chaka Khan, Big Sean, Elton John, and Aretha Franklin (the latter three and I all share the same birthday) are all born March twenty-something? Whether you like some, all, or none of the individuals I just name, you can’t deny they are legendary creators who are apart of music history. Something about the mixture of crazy, creative, and charismatic tends to leave an impression.
